More than 30 years experience in Banking in almost all important fields of banking like General Banking, (Incumbent More than 12 years in Scale I to Scale IV) Credit & Foreign Exchange (handled Specialised SME branch, Mid/Large Corporate branch for more than 5 years), IT (Worked on CBS as branch head and trainer for more than 7 years).
Training Experience:
Winner of All India Best Faculty Award. He has experience as a Trainer/Sr Faculty/ Chief Trainer in the training system of a nationalized bank for more than 5 years. In addition to his contribution to books and study material in the bank’s training system, he is a regular contributor to NIBM magazine ‘Vinimaya’. He has been a visiting faculty to NABARD, Farmer’s Training College, and Police Training College Haryana (Madhuban).
